No photos allowed (even if they are edited). The drawing must not give rise to copyright issues. The drawing must feature a horse for the Golden Apple or a landscape for Helios' Ray. The illustration may not contain people. The drawing must not be offensive for young players. There mustn't be content issues with the drawing. Horses must be sent on a transparent background. The outline of the drawing must be sufficiently neat. The illustration mustn't be brutally cropped on the borders of the frame. The illustration must be in the requested format. The illustration mustn't be blurry nor pixelised. The drawing must not be of poor quality. You cannot use brush tools for drawings. You must respect perspective rules (e.g.: an element of the decor that is not correctly placed in relation to the horse, problem with the size of decors.). Illustrations composed by a repetition of patterns or images aren't allowed. When you preview the result the horse mustn't be floating in thin air above the ground. The landscape must fill the entire space in the transparent frame. The horse must be submitted in the right category. Horses wearing tack (including bits, stirrups, anything with a saddle tree.) or a blanket are not accepted. There mustn't be anything else than the horse on the drawing (ex: no background, no human characters, no grass.). We reserve ourselves the right to refuse a creation without having to provide any form of explanation. If one of your illustrations is selected, you could earn up to 40 passes( More details in the Help section).Ĭriteria for admissionAll illustrations that do not meet the following criteria will be rejected. However, if at the end of the month, the other players haven't voted for your illustrations, you will be refunded the passes you spent. If your illustration passes each of these steps, it will be made available in all languages at the end of the month. They wouldn't be visible on the horses' profile page. Try not to place important elements of the decor at the bottom of the landscape. You need at least 150 days' seniority and 5 karma points to use the Black Pearl.ĬreationTo create a new illustration, you need to use specialized software (such as Photoshop or Gimp, which is free). When you unlock the Grand Prix, you are given the horse Champion by Emma.Basic ideaThanks to the Black Pearl, you can submit your drawings to be used for the Golden Apple or Helios' Ray. When you unlock the direct sales, there is a tutorial where you buy a 300 GP foundation horse for 500 Equus and sell it for 1000 Equus, then are given 5000 Equus. 25 objectives must be completed to open an Equestrian Center, 50 unlock the direct sales, 75 unlock the Grand Prix, and 100 are needed to access the reserved sales. Access to direct and reserved sales is now decided by completion of objectives instead of seniority, but it's still impossible to access the direct sales without at least 14 days of seniority. The objectives were a part of Howrse for a while, then they were removed, and now different ones are back.
